Submission guidelines

What we're looking for.

  • Extended abstract should not exceed 400 words including title, authors, affiliation, e-mail and 5 keywords.
  • Abstract must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Include corresponding-author email and complete affiliation details.
  • Select one of the six thematic areas during submission.
  • Indicate preferred presentation type — Oral or Poster.
  • Full papers (optional) should follow the journal template provided after acceptance.
  • Multiple submissions by the same author are permitted.
  • All submissions undergo peer review by the scientific committee.

Register on the conference portal and verify your email to access the dashboard.

Prepare your abstract

Format in Word per the rules — title, authors, affiliation, body, keywords.

Upload & assign theme

Upload the file, select one of the six themes, and choose presentation type.

Track your status

Monitor review progress; receive acceptance notification by 31 August 2026.
