The Conference
LNECN-2026 brings together researchers from around the world to showcase innovative work on soil and water conservation, watershed planning and ecosystem restoration. It is a platform for dialogue on ideas and collaborative actions to manage natural resources, combat land degradation, address climate challenges and enhance food security.

About IASWC
The Indian Association of Soil and Water Conservationists is dedicated to encouraging wise land-use planning and the conservation of soil and water resources, so that these basic resources can sustain mankind.
Through its members, IASWC serves as a forum of scientists, conservation professionals, administrators and policy-makers — assessing the need for soil and water conservation and watershed management, and turning that assessment into collective action.
